Today was a nice day spent on the beach. Still, the heat is not bothering me. Thank God. Derek was very quiet on the beach. Maybe the heat put him to sleep. He's making up for it now!
Dinner tonight was wonderful. I ate ice cream first, then dinner. I know, you are all probably thinking, it's not Thursday, why ice cram tonight? I treated myself! Why not!
